We manage middle and general repairs of tannary machines based on individual custommer requests.



Setting-out machines:

The setting-out machines are suitable for setting-out leather smooth away  folds after sammying, improve mechanical properties of leather and increase leather feetage . We produce the setting-out machines in working width 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2100 mm a 3200 mm.

Description

The setting-out machines 07793 P1, 07794 P1 are suitable for setting-out leather of smaller calfskins, sheepskins and pigskins. The machine 07716 P1 is used for processing particularly leathers of sided cowhides and grasserskins the width of which does not exceed the working width of the machine.

The machine 07713 enables to set-out particularly leathers of sided cowhides harness leathers, frame butts and russet leathers both in cross or longitudinal directions. It is also possible to set-out leathers destined for usual technical, fancy goods, garment and furniture purposes up to dimensions not exceeding the working width of the machine. The base of the machine is a frame to which are attached side parts and the casing of hydraulic system. The latter ensures the speed of feeding and the closing of the machine. The speed of feeding is steplessly adjustable, also the speed of the closing mechanism can be steplessly. The design of the machine achieved a substantial decrease of noisiness in setting-out.

The machine is equipped with automatic opening after the end of the operation, the height of the pedal can be adjusted with respect to the operator´s optimum position.
